Canadian Refreshments mission is to be the best – in the eyes of our customers, our employees, and our shareholders. We will accomplish this vision by delivering refreshment solutions in innovative and environmentally-sustainable ways, and by setting the highest standards in service, reliability, safety and cost containment in our industry.
About Us
Canadian Refreshments is 5 years old and has grown to become the only province-wide water, coffee, vending, and break room supply company in the province of Alberta. Canadian Refreshments is locally owned and operated – so we’ll respond to any requirement quickly!
We live in the communities in which we work, and are passionate about supporting community activities – especially youth charities and sports. Canadian Refreshments is a privately held company with its head office in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada and production and distribution facilities in Edmonton (St. Albert), Calgary, and Fort McMurray.

Community Support
Canadian Refreshments and its group of related companies has proudly supported many community organizations.
We are happy to donate our 18.9 liter bottled water and dispensers to local charitable and/or youth related activites and organizations and do so many, many times per year. We also donate Canadian Refreshments gift certificates to charity silent auctions or charity event prizes. Environment
Canadian Refreshments’ owners and managers live in the communities in which we work. As such, we are firmly committed to sustainability. We know our customers demand this attention and will appreciate our commitment.
Canadian Refreshments evaluates our suppliers and practices with respect to their environmental footprint, and can state that our water, coffee, ice, and vending services are provided in the most sustainable methods available. Our 18.9 liter refillable water bottle is the best way to consume bottled water, and our point-of-use filtration coolers are some of the most energy-efficient available today. In fact, our 18.9 liter bottles are designed to be re-used up to 100 times each! Even then, they are recycled and made into products such as toys, tools, and other items.
We build and maintain advanced route management software that optimizes our delivery routes for efficiencies – lowering our carbon footprint per delivery. As a result of these efforts and investments, we deliver far more product per truck than comparable companies. We purchase the most fuel-efficient trucks available that meet our requirements, and are closely monitoring developments in fleet technologies in order to further reduce our energy consumption by our fleet.

Canadian Refreshments has a strong safety-first culture that is paramount in everything we do. We provide positive reinforcement programs for our personnel to be directly involved and supportive of our safety culture and initiatives. Our safety history is excellent and is reflected in our healthy WCB discount to our industry rate.
With respect to our HSE information, we can provide this on request. We are fully approved by ISNetworld and are approved on almost all major industrial sites in Alberta. We are also COR certified.
